Please review these terms carefully before accessing or using the HireCoach platform, AI services, and mock interview tools.
Experiencing Any Technical Issue, Bug, or Discrepancy?
Please email our dedicated support team at hirecoach.support@gmail.com with a full-screen screenshot of the issue. Attaching a screenshot allows our engineering team to investigate server logs and resolve your query rapidly within 12–24 hours.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, creating an account on, or purchasing credits through HireCoach(the "Service", "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all provisions contained herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features, including saving resumes, generating ATS audits, and participating in AI mock interviews, you must register for an account using Google authentication or a verified email. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials.
- Promptly notify our support team if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account.
3. Ownership of Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all original resume text, personal background details, and custom project descriptions you upload or write in our editor. HireCoach claims no ownership over your resume.
Platform Intellectual Property: All software, website design, UI components, custom AI prompt engineering algorithms, vector graphics, and trademarks associated with HireCoach remain the exclusive property of HireCoach and its licensors.
4. Digital Credits, Payments & Pricing
Certain advanced AI services (such as AI resume generation, deep job description tailoring, and interactive mock interview rounds) require platform credits.
- Credits are digital tokens solely redeemable for services on the HireCoach platform and carry no cash surrender value.
- All credit purchases are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
- Credit prices and pack sizes are clearly displayed prior to checkout. HireCoach reserves the right to modify pricing or discount promotions at any time.
5. AI Output Disclaimers & Career Guarantees
HireCoach utilizes advanced generative AI to provide automated resume scoring, keyword extraction, and realistic mock interview questions. However:
- No Employment Guarantee: While our platform dramatically improves ATS keyword alignment and interview readiness, HireCoach does not guarantee employment, job offers, or specific interview callbacks. Final hiring decisions rest exclusively with independent employers.
- Accuracy & Verification: AI recommendations are advisory. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and truthfulness of all statements on your resume before submitting it to real-world employers.
6. Reporting Technical Failures, Glitches & Disputes
In the event that an automated AI generation times out, credits are deducted during a network disruption, or a platform error occurs, you agree to report the issue promptly to our support team:
Screenshot Requirement: All support requests, billing disputes, or technical issue reports must be accompanied by a full screenshot showing the error message, browser screen, or transaction receipt.
Send emails to hirecoach.support@gmail.com with your registered email and attached screenshot for expedited review and credit restoration.
7. Limitation of Liability & Termination
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use guidelines or attempt to exploit the platform maliciously.
